The internationally awarded Camino Verde™ cacao bean is classified as Fine Flavor Cacao or Cacao Fino de Aroma and it is a result of the combination of care in details, cacao process knowledge, and a technical fermentation process. Only 5% of the total world production of cacao is classified as Fine Flavor or Cacao Fino de Aroma.
All products are carefully crafted in small batches to preserve the unique flavors of this unique bean and roasted at low temperatures to preserve the antioxidants and minerals naturally found in cacao.
