(Easy!) Vegan Chocolate and Coconut Macaroons
These delicious (& easy!) Vegan Chocolate and Coconut Macaroons are the perfect healthy dessert to satisfy your sweet cravings!
- 4 tbsp of Aromacacao 70% Chocolate Bites Orange + Coconut Sugar
- 2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
- 5 tbsp of maple syrup (or agave syrup)
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
Place the coconut flakes, maple syrup, and coconut oil in a food processor or blender. Blend in bursts for 2 or 3 times. Scoop out the coconut macaroons with a spoon and place them on a plate. Set them in the fridge for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, melt the Aromacacao chocolate bites in a water bath. When the coconut macaroons are hard, cover with the melted chocolate and place back in the fridge for 15 minutes. Enjoy immediately!
